  1）農用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械部位備案注銷的(de)農用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械置(zhi)辦補貼金銷售商，有(you)工作(zuo)好的(de)的(de)POS機(ji)(ji)終端客人產品(pin)的(de)銷售商擇優；

Distributors of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies registered by the agricultural machinery department, and those with well managed end customer resources are preferred

  2）能定義、認同度揚(yang)州(zhou)久(jiu)富的(de)消(xiao)售設(she)計理念,并(bing)能組建孤立的(de)揚(yang)州(zhou)久(jiu)富消(xiao)售和服(fu)務項目(mu)隊(dui)伍；

Understand and agree with the marketing concept of Jofae, and establish an independent sales and service team;

  3）能擔保給予代理商、深入(ru)推進(jin)南京(jing)久富(fu)工作所需要的督查通知成(cheng)本(ben)，且有(you)弱(ruo)于的成(cheng)本(ben)日常(chang)運轉水(shui)平；

guarantee the provision of special funds for distribution and business development, and has strong capital turnover capacity;

  4）與內地省、市(shi)(shi)、市(shi)(shi)級農機具處理線(xian)下推廣施工(gong)監理等崗位(wei)有健康的協調(diao)問題；

Have a good cooperative relationship with the local provincial, municipal and county-level agricultural machinery management, promotion and supervision departments;

四 （four）	對伸請商擬分設經銷商的董事會成員長和總運營總監展開造訪、交流學習  Visit and communicate with the chairman and general manager of  the applicant's proposed new distribution
五 （five）	對考慮、互訪的可是來進行基礎性職稱評審、篩分，判別獲選申批商  Conduct comprehensive review and screening on the results of  the investigation and interview, and determine the selected applicant
六 （six）	獲選申請辦理生產商商簽署生產商合同樣本  The selected dealer signs the distribution agreement

  3) 每天的(de)運營營業證(zheng)(zheng)、組(zu)織(zhi)化部門(men)源代碼(ma)證(zheng)(zheng)、稅收、稅務網上登記證(zheng)(zheng)（副本敲章）；

      Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (copy and seal);

  4）水產業自動化機械維修費新(xin)技(ji)術合格品證（身份證掃描件蓋(gai)公章(zhang)）；

      Agricultural machinery maintenance technology certificate (copy and seal);

  5）申請書近四(si)年的財務部(bu)內(nei)部(bu)審計情況匯報(bao)、資(zi)本外債表、損(sun)益表和(he)現(xian)今流評定(ding)量表（掃描件敲章）；

     Financial audit reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements for the past three years (copies sealed);
